I wasn't able to vote because I got a Google "Error: Sorry" message after posting it. When I returned later, the poll was closed.

I did not realize that individual chapters of the book were available for purchase as PDF files. Thanks for pointing that out. However, that still seems less satisfactory than having the book be available as a hardcopy. For starters, it seems that each chapter costs $31.50, so that the whole book would cost over $400.

Even if it is not possible to settle the matter, I think it is useful in all respects to know about the pros and cons.
